At Sajiri Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Colour variations due to screen settings

• Minor handmade imperfections

• Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
